SMS/MMS Notifications
SMS/MMS notifictions will only be sent to you if you indicate your desire to have these sent to you via one of our online forms or if you've provided this consent verbally or in written form. We will not send unsolicited messages to your mobile number.
We respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to safeguarding their personal information. We will never sell, lease, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile number to any third parties, unless required by law or explicitly consented by you. Your mobile number will exclusively be used for the purposes for which you provided it and have given consent.
Any messages sent or received through our platform may be subject to standard messaging fees or data rates charged by your mobile carrier. These rates are not determined or controlled by us. Please consult your mobile service provider's pricing plan to determine what fees, if any, may apply to messages (SMS/MMS) received from us or sent to us. We will not be responsible for any messaging or data fees incurred by you.
The frequency of our messages will vary and will correlate with the services that you've requested from us and the services that have been delivered to you by us.
You can opt-out of SMS/MMS notifications by texting STOP to the number that sends you notifications. Alternatively, you can opt-out of these notifications by contacting us directly or by disabling SMS/MMS Notifications from within the Client Portal under the 'Profile' section.
Following your opt-in, SMS/MMS messages that will be sent to you include updates and reminders related your account such as updates and reminders related to appointments, invoices, quotes, and surveys.
Security
All information that you enter into our website is encrypted and secured via a 2048-bit SSL certificate. This means that when you visit our website, you'll notice that the web address is always preceeded by 'HTTPS'. Some browsers will also show a lock symbol in the address bar to indicate that the site is protected with a valid SSL certificate.
When it comes to digital security, our website was built with industry best practices and is monitored and maintained by a third party who ensures that relevent software patches are applied in a timely manner.
Payment Card Processing
All payment card transactions that originate from this site are processed by Stripe. As a matter of PCI DSS compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), Pristine Nest does store critical details of your payment card number on its servers. The information that is stored on our servers that pertains to your payment card includes the brand of your payment card, the last 4 digits of your payment card number, and the expiration month/year of your payment card.

Your personal information is stored on networks that are secure and only accessible to authorized individuals.

Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions apply to those who have received a quotation from us, have paid for service, and/or have received service from us.

General
1) All fragile items must be secured or removed from the premises prior to cleaning.
2) All clients must provide access to hot water and power.
3) If you will not be home at the time of cleaning, you must provide us with instructions on how we can gain access to your property.

Pricing
1) We reserve the right to amend any estimates that have been provided by our service advisors or booking form. In the case of amendment, the client will be notified before service is rendered.
2) Estimates or charges relating to the first cleaning may not be indicative of the pricing of future appointments. Depending on the condition of the property, future service may be priced higher or lower. Pricing of future appointments will be discussed with the client following initial service and before subsequent appointments.

Payments
1) Unless provided prior to service, payment will be requested on the day of the cleaning.
2) Payment is accepted in the form of credit card.

Promotions
1) Any coupons used on initial booking will not be applied to future appointments.
2) No 'frequency discount' will be applied to a client's initial booking. A frequency discount will only be applied to subsequent bookings provided these bookings follow the schedule (eg. Weekly) indicated on the initial booking.

Complaints and Claims
1) In case of a complaint or claim, we must be notified within 24 hours after completion of the service.
2) Complaints are accepted over the phone and in writing (letter, email or fax).
3) We strive to ensure that each of our clients is satisfied with the value that they've received from our company. Upon receiving a complaint or claim, we will review the situation and work with the client to establish a mutually agreed upon resolution.

Cancellations
1) Cancellations or adjustments to the appointment time can be done up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the cleaning without financial penalty.
2) Cancellations or adjustments to the appointment time that take place within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time of the cleaning will require the client to pay the full price of the originally scheduled cleaning.
3) In the event that our cleaners are not able to gain access to the property to perform the cleaning (i.e. keys don't work, turned away, etc.), the client is required to pay the full price of the cleaning.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Cancellation

Fee Changes

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
- Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
- Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services does not offer users to submit or post content. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Services, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services and through third-party websites. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:
- The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Services, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ANDÂ ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.
